How do I know that the bracelets will fit me?
Bracelets are made to a standard size of 18cm which is suitable for most. If you have any concerns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your wrist measurement and we can advise.
Can I order bracelets in a bespoke size?
Yes, most bracelets can be made in bespoke sizes. Simply email your wrist size and requirements so that we can advise on availability and cost email@example.com Please note that bespoke orders are non-returnable.
Do you post overseas?
Yes, we post worldwide. Please see the postage and packing section for further information.
I want to send a gift to a friend, is this possible?
Yes, simply select the ‘deliver to another address’ button on the checkout page. For an extra special touch, you can add the gift-wrapping option which allows the parcel to be sent with a personalised message. We never include the price of the product with the parcel.
Do you offer discounts?
We prefer to keep prices affordable for everyone and therefore rarely offer discounts. Loyal email subscribers receive the occasional small discount, so make sure you’re signed up to hear about these. We also offer end of season sales from time to time.
The item I’d like is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?
Stock on the website is updated daily, so please keep checking. Updates to stock are also posted on social media, so do follow on Instagram and Facebook.
I’ve lost my gift voucher, what should I do?
If you’ve lost your gift voucher, we may be able to help if you can remember who purchased it for you and when. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
My gift voucher code doesn’t work, what should I do?
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase, please check that the voucher is still in date (this information is on the front of the voucher). Please also check that you are inputting the code correctly with no spaces, being careful not to confuse the letter ‘O’ for the number ‘0”.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours (often within 24 hours), however, in busy periods (sale time, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas) please allow a little longer.
What should I do if my jewellery hasn’t arrived?
Please check postage times in the postage and packing section to ensure that you have allowed enough time for your delivery to reach you. Please only get in contact once the appropriate time has passed, via email, and we will investigate for you. During busy periods, such as Christmas, parcels can take a little longer.
How do I clean my jewellery?
We recommend following the care instructions that are sent with your jewellery. Full details are available on the website too. In general, we recommend storing your jewellery in something airtight when not wearing it and if it needs cleaning, using a silver polishing cloth. These are available to buy in many supermarkets.
My bracelet elastic has got a bit loose over time, can it be restrung?
Yes, bracelets can be restrung for a small fee. Please email email@example.com
