Where can I buy Bella Jane jewellery?

Bella Jane Jewellery is available exclusively via the website.

 

I want to get in touch but can’t find a contact number on the website, how do I get in touch?

The quickest way to get in touch is to send a message via the homepage on the website or emailing hello@bellajanejewellery.co.uk

 

How do I know that the bracelets will fit me?

Bracelets are made to a standard size of 18cm which is suitable for most people. If you are unsure we recommend measuring your wrist and adding a minimum of 2cm to that measurement to calculate the appropriate size.

 

Can I order bracelets in a bespoke size?

Yes, most bracelets can be made in bespoke sizes. Simply email your requirements (including wrist measurement/size required) so that we can advise on availability and cost admin@bellajanejewellery.co.uk Please note that bespoke orders are non-returnable.

 

Do you post overseas?

I want to send a gift to a friend, is this possible?

Yes, simply put your address as the billing address and your friend's address as the shipping address . For an extra special touch, you can purchase a gift-wrapping option which allows the parcel to be sent with a personalised message. We never include the price of the product with the parcel if we can see it is being sent directly to the gift recipient.

 

Do you offer discounts?

We prefer to keep prices affordable for everyone and therefore rarely offer discounts. However, if purchasing a bracelet stack a small element of discount has been incorporated into the price. Should you wish to sign up to receive emails via the website you will also receive a one-off welcome discount.

 

The item I’d like is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

Stock on the website is updated daily. To be the first to be notified of when stock of the item you'd like is available, please sign up to the 'out of stock' email on the website, you will find this link in the product description.

 

I’ve lost my gift voucher, what should I do?

If you’ve lost your gift voucher, we may be able to help if you can remember who purchased it for you and when. Please email admin@bellajanejewellery.co.uk

 

My gift voucher code doesn’t work, what should I do?

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase, please check that the voucher is still in date (this information is on the front of the voucher). Please also check that you are inputting the code correctly with no spaces, being careful not to confuse the letter ‘O’ for the number ‘0”.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours (often within 24 hours), however, in busy periods (sale time, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas) please allow a little longer.

 

What should I do if my jewellery hasn’t arrived?

Please check postage times in the Delivery section https://www.bellajanejewellery.co.uk/pages/delivery to ensure that you have allowed enough time for your delivery to reach you. You will find your tracking number in the email that confirmed the dispatch of your parcel (if you haven't received this email, please check your junk mail folder). Parcels can be tracked on the Royal Mail website. Please note that estimated delivery times given by Royal Mail are not guaranteed delivery dates (unless you have purchased the Special Delivery option). Please only get in contact once the appropriate time has passed, via email, and we will investigate for you. During busy periods, such as Christmas and Black Friday, parcels can take a little longer than expected to arrive and we thank you for being patient during these times.

 

How do I clean my jewellery?

We recommend following the care instructions that are sent with your jewellery. Full details are available on the website too https://www.bellajanejewellery.co.uk/pages/jewellery-care. In general, we recommend storing your jewellery in something airtight when not wearing it and if it needs cleaning, using a silver polishing cloth. These are available to buy on the homepage.

 

My bracelet elastic has got a bit loose over time, can it be restrung?

Yes, bracelets can be restrung for a small fee. Please email repairs@bellajanejewellery.co.uk for more information.
