Returns Policy
Standard Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to make a return (subject to terms and conditions below).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@bellajanejewellery.co.uk or click here to start the process via your customer account. If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package.
All items returned are at the customer's expense and risk. We strongly advise using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage. Please note only parcels sent via Royal Mail are accepted (i.e. no couriers).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of earrings.
- We do not accept the return of custom products, such as special orders or personalised items, this includes all necklaces, as these are made to order.
- We cannot accept the return of sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that any refund will be less the original postage cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account/card.
