We hope that you will be delighted with your jewellery, however, if for any reason your purchase isn't suitable, we accept returns subject to the following terms:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to make a return (subject to terms and conditions below).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package.
All items are returned at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed and at the customer's risk. We strongly advise using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage. Please note that only parcels sent via Royal Mail are accepted (i.e. no couriers).
You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of earrings.
- We do not accept the return of custom products such as special/bespoke orders or personalised items. This includes the return of necklaces which are made to order.
- We are unable to refund the cost of gift wrapping.
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that any refund will be less the original postage cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
